What are Mild Steel Gratings?

Mild Steel (MS) Gratings are structural elements designed to provide high load-bearing capacity with minimum weight. They consist of a series of bearing bars joined together by cross bars at right angles, forming a sturdy grid.

Electroforging Process

The Electroforging Advantage

Unlike manual welding, our electroforging process combines high hydraulic pressure with heavy electric current to fuse the bearing bars and cross bars at every intersection. This results in:

Available Variants

Plain MS Grating

Standard smooth bearing bars. Most common for industrial walkways and generic flooring where special anti-slip isn't required.

Serrated MS Grating

Bearing bars with notched edges. Provides exceptional slip resistance in environments with oil, grease, or chemicals.

Heavy Duty Grating

Engineered with thicker and taller bearing bars to handle vehicular traffic, heavy machinery, and extreme dynamic loads.

Surface Treatment Options

We offer various finishes based on your environmental needs: Self-Finish (Untreated), Black Bitumen Painted, Red Oxide Primed, or Hot-Dip Galvanized (for maximum corrosion protection).
